Elbow Pain

Elbow pain can be caused simply by twisting, jamming or bending your limb abnormally. More severe injuries can occur from direct impact or a fall. Pain, along with bruising and swelling, can occur deriving from a fracture, muscle strain or wounded ligament or joint.

Through the myofascial release technique and therapeutic massage, damaged muscle tissue and tendons can be loosened and swelling can be decreased. This will help increase mobility and reduce pain. The increased blood flow to harmed areas will strengthen the muscles and tendons to prevent future problems and accelerate the healing process.
